What is a Project Card ?
All of CardsForKnitters.com's greeting cards are blank on the inside - So many knitters and crocheters' have turned to using these cards as "project cards". Projects cards are a unique and organized way to record your patterns and projects.
Ideas for Project Cards:
Some fellow knitters have told me they like to tape their printed patterns to the inside of the cards and others prefer to map out their patterns in their own artistic hand drawn style. See the picture to the left!
Others have informed me that they have become their favorite knitting related note cards where they can record their notes and thoughts!
Think of these cards as "Project Keepers" - or archive all the projects you have done or list future projects and goals.
Select the card that best suits your current mood or the mood of your project!
One of my favorite customers had a great idea - she was knitting a scarf for a special niece and she decided to pick out the perfect card for her niece, (in her case it was "Fairy Knitter") she then wrote special thoughts and memories about her niece as she created this wonderful scarf and the day she presented her niece with the finished scarf - she also gave her this wonderful keepsake card filled with special thoughts!
The possibilities are endless!
